The University of Graz expresses its knowledge that people with special needs and chronic diseases deserve equal rights. Ideal conditions have thus been created for all people in research, teaching and administration. Accessible entrances to all buildings, orientation help for visually impaired and blind people, barrier-free literature and online provisions, hearing loops for the hearing impaired, special examination arrangements: Students and employees at the University of Graz with physical impairments can rely on a comprehensive service that supports them in coping with day-to-day challenges. The university provides an information platform for employees as well as provisions available at different advice centres, such as life coaching and social counselling, to support people with health impairments during their careers at the University of Graz.
