uniIT provides the information and communication-related infrastructure for employees and students at the University of Graz. University members of staff are supported in their endeavours to achieve their targets in research and administration under consideration of cost-effectiveness and sustainability.

The IT strategy is derived from the strategy and the targets of the university. Some of its tasks are to create and to ensure a high-performance ICT landscape consisting of state-of-the-art computers, network and communication infrastructure, and to provide modern applications and services that are tailored to meet the needs of clients.
